Due to the nature of our services, the collection of private information on various aspects of our clients' financial and personal lives is necessary to efficiently fulfill our functions.

In the context of personal tax returns, we may hold personal information concerning children under the age of 14. In such cases, the explicit or implicit authorization of the parent or legal guardian will be obtained.

Messier et associé undertakes to respond within 30 days of receiving any request. In the event that the request cannot be handled within this time frame, the requester will be informed of the reasons justifying the extension, the status of their request, and the additional duration required.
